Data privacy statement for the colpari Connect application
This statement covers the web application as well as the mobile applications for Android and iOS.
colpari Connect is a communication application for the closed circle of colpari partner and clients.
As such, acquisition, retention and removal of personal data are based on your contract with colpari.
All personal data is solely used (and required) for fulfilling your contract with colpari.
To remove your personal data from our systems, please cancel your contract with us.
Your contract contains an exhaustive data protection declaration of which this document is only a quick excerpt specific to colpari Connect.
Which data do we save?
- Your real name and possibly nick name and profile picture you enter in your profile or you submitted to us during contracting with colpari.
- If you are a colpari client we also save your business email address which you submitted to us during onboarding and which is used as login name for colpari Connect.
- If you are a colpari partner we solely use your colpari partner email address and login name provided to you by us upon contracting with colpari.
- Content you generate inside colpari Connect.
Which data we do NOT save
- Access logs (login times, status messages etc)
- IP Addresses
- content you delete inside colpari Connect
For how long do we save data?
- Your personal data gets removed from colpari Connect automatically within 24 hours as soon as you have no active services/missions with colpari or when your contract with colpari is terminated.

The only exception to this is if you are a colpari partner and you stop working on a mission which continues after you leave.
In this case, mission-vital content you generated during your work with colpari may be retained as long as it is required to continue the mission.
- After automatic or manually requested removal of your data it may be retained in backups for up to two weeks maximum.
